2. What we collect
- Business and contact details (company name, director/contact name, email, phone, addresses).
- Company, VAT and registration numbers, and trade/credit references.
- Order, invoice and payment records.
- Correspondence with us (including email and messaging).
3. How we use it & our lawful basis
- To perform our contract with you — processing orders, delivery, invoicing and support.
- Legitimate interests — account management, credit and identity checks, fraud prevention, and debt recovery.
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting and regulatory record-keeping.
4. Sharing
We share data only where necessary with couriers, payment providers, our accounting software (including Zoho Books), professional advisers, and credit-reference or debt-recovery agencies. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
We keep records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting requirements (generally at least six years for financial records).
